We bring for our clients our electric power winch that are electric wire rope winch machine. These winch are power driven and are also manufactured as per IS - 9507 -1979. Ideal for various heavy-duty applications, these electric power winch that we have are durable in construction. The different parts of these electric power winch are :

• Base frame :- Fabricated with rocked steel sections/plates properly ribbed, floored with chequered plate for working area, lifting lugs, anchoring holes for foundation, provided
• Reducer :- 1st stage reduction with self made worm reduction gear box or of reputed make and other reduction with open spur gears and pinions
• Rope drum :- Steel fabricated drum duly machined, with flanges at both ends, winding capacity 100-meter pf wire rope. Drums with larger windings capacity cn also available
• Motor :- High starting torque, class 'B' insulation, 150 starts/Hr 415v, 50 hz, A.C. induction squirrel cage/slipring motors conforming to IS - 325 of reputed make like NGEF/SIMENS etc
• Control and control panel :- The winch is operated by push button station/controller at 110v fixed on machine. The control equipment like triple pole reversing contractors, H.R.C. fuses, pilot lamp etc of reputed make like EE/BCH/L&T
• Brake :- Electromagnetic/Elector hydraulic thruster, double shoe type brake and /or hand operated brake provided as per requirement

All our electric power winch that we supply are 25% overloaded tested and then only approved for the the market. These machines come with 12 months warranty from the date of delivery against any manufacturing defects at factory basis.
