Modification

We offer modification and inspection services to clients, which are headed by some of the most knowledgeable individuals in the industry. In the starting, full inventory of all the hoisting equipments is done. This include all relevant serial and model numbers, which are tested through a thorough inspection by using computer generated checklist. During this process, we also make minor repairs at necessary place. If the defect or adjustment is unable to be repaired than our technician will immediately tell the designated safety supervisor about the hazards found in the equipment.

After few days of inspection, our company will forward a notebook that contain the complete inspection reports to the designated location mentioned by the client. Our team members are also capable of setting a complete inspection and preventive maintenance program for clients in their company.

Engineering Designing

We have a team of engineers and technicians in material handling systems, who specialize in designing the system to meet the requirement of the client. Our team members can undertake client's project right from its inception, designing, manufacturing and installation by using highest and the most advanced technology in their work process.

We have got material handling system's inspection and preventive maintenance program, which is designed to keep all the equipments and machines in optimum running condition that results in reducing the downtime and increasing the life of the product. This program is highly beneficial for clients in terms of saving the repair and maintenance cost of the product. In this program, we draw an agreement to provide the services to clients on a proper time interval.

Repair Programs

The repair program we offer to clients helps us in providing equipments, parts and facilities to repair the manufacturers crane and hoist. Our team of maintenance staff is on service 24X7 with them aim of providing a satisfactory response to any emergency repair within two hours. In case of major repairs, which can not be dine at clients end. We ask them to sent the product directly to our service station for fast repair.

Modernization and Rebuilding Programs

We offer modernization and rebuilding program to our clients, which is a great way to update all the cranes and hoist with new parts that saves the cost of a new piece of equipment. Our clients can save around 30% to 40% on the cost of new equipments by modernizing their existing products. Some of the modifications we conduct include : new controls, capacity up gradation, AC and DC conversions, radio control conversions, frequency inverter controls, new components up gradation, safety overload switches, warning devices and anti collision devices that adhere to all the safety standards in the industry.

Training and Consultation Programs

Our team personnel also offer complete factory authorized training program where they tell about all the prescribed safety procedures for cranes and accessories to other team members in our clients company. Apart from this, our team members can also provide consultation on how to efficiently use and up grade the crane and other material handling systems to achieve maximum productivity.
