Quality Standards

Chemical Testing
All the equipment and structures such as seamless pipes, forgings etc are tested as per IS 2061 from approved laboratories such as Fan services, Nasik, Premier Electrodes etc. the plates are ultrasonically tested for their flawless quality.
Welding
All the welded structures, which are subjected to tension are radio graphically tested as per IS 4853 standards, whereas all other non-load taking welds are examined as per ASME- Section VII.
Ultrasonic Testing
Ultrasonic testing is held as per IS:3664 standards for the products with thickness more than 50mm. We also conduct control panel and electrical tests.
We also conduct high voltage test with following voltage :- 2.5KV for one minute for the main power circuit
- 1.5 KV for one minute for all the control circuits

- Outside Micrometer 0.5 to 875-1000 mm (0-300mm)
- Inside Micrometer 12 mm to 1000 mm (0 -300 mm)

- Tooth vernier caliper
- Sound Detector for gear Boxes
- Vernier caliper 0-1000 mm (0-300 mm)
- Dial bore gauges 18-35, 50-160, 160 - 250
- Welding Gauge
Load Tests
We also conduct load, overload and deflection tests as per IS: 8097 and IS : 3177 standards, where cranes are tested with 125% safe working load as well as on cross traverse motions on the equipment. |
